Dr. Yang Ji Joined in LiangDao Intelligence to Build Up PLM System for A. D. Mass Production

Recently, former Siemens expert in design and implementation of innovative R&D processes, Dr. Yang Ji joined LiangDao Intelligence as the Managing Director in LiangDao Intelligence European R&D center. Dr. Yang Ji received his PhD in Computer Science at Technical University of Munich (TUM). Yang is also the chairman of TUM German-Chinese Alumni Association. Before joining in LiangDao Intelligence, Yang served as the technical account manager for automotive industry in Siemens headquarters, and later as the PLM senior expert. Yang is a senior expert in automotive industry 4.0, life cycle management innovative R&D process design and management in automotive industry. After joining LiangDao Intelligence, he will be responsible for the operation and management of LiangDao Intelligence R&D center in Germany and the development of business in Europe. For autonomous driving vehicles, PLM is the only way to ensure the successful progress from pre-research projects to the mass production. We have to strictly follow the PLM system for R&D management, optimize the cooperation of various departments and supply chain relations, and use the digital management to improve the efficiency of each stage of engineering modeling and test and validation. Ultimately, we can achieve mass production with high efficiency and high quality. Building up a whole set of PLM system is a challenge, but it's also a core and urgent strength for OEMs. As a supplier, LiangDao Intelligence is gradually building up a PLM system with our clients, and the system is especially built for autonomous driving mass production projects. Yang will bring in rich technical and mass production projects’ experiences after his appointment.
